This really depends on how much effort you put into your training program. In 6 weeks, clients can usually lose between 6 and 12 pounds of body fat, see an improved increase in fitness, experience lower stress levels and a greater sense of well being. It's important to remember that you may only be in the gym with me 1-3 hours per week, so what will make or break you, is what you choose to do when you're NOT with me. It's my responsibility to provide you with that information, but of course the closer you follow the lifestyle developed for you, the quicker you will see the results!
