Personal Training is for anyone who wants to optimise their time/effort in the gym and also to accomplish their fitness goals in the most effective possible way. Many of my clients are people who want to lose weight and tone their body to look and feel good. Even though most of my Personal Training is focused on body sculpting, weight loss and muscle toning, it's also for body balancing, injury recovery and injury prevention too.
