About Me
My name is Gaz Hurford and I have been a Personal
Trainer since August 2002. Prior to becoming a personal
trainer, I served in the armed forces for 6 years. I have
always been involved in sports teams such as football,
athletics, swimming and volleyball. Fitness is my passion.
My experience has been vast and I have trained and can help
with conditions such as obesity, diabetics, Cronic Fatigue
Syndrome (M.E), expectant mothers (pre and post natal),
arthritis and many more. I’m also an expert in improving
strength, flexibility, tone and can assist with sports
specific training, weight loss and conditioning.
Whatever your shape, size, age, condition or goal, I can
give you the motivation, help and support you need to achieve
realistic results. I am available mornings, afternoons,
